Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the F&B industry? Our client is seeking a dynamic, cool, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the culinary team and ensure the smooth operation of this Canggu hotspot which incorporates luxury dining, signature cocktails, music and sunset vibes.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staff, maintaining high-quality service standards, and driving profitability.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. 3 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry trends, customer preferences, and competition.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software (Quinos knowledge is a plus).
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, including dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Effective communication skills with both team members and customers.
  • Effective wine knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage and optimise workflows.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
  • Uphold and enhance customer service standards to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with chefs to update menus.
  • Coordinate daily specials, promotions and events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and enforce sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure reservation effectiveness and maintenance of SOPs.
  • Coordinate with the Chef to ensure effectiveness and improvements of service.
