Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the F&B industry? We are searching for a talented Restaurant Manager for a digital nomad community space. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • At least 3 years management experience in the F&B industry, with significant international experience preferred. 
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in hospitality management is preferred. 
  • Experience in opening, managing and operating F&B outlets with a clear track record.
  • Experience of opening new F&B outlets in a fast paced environment. 
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hospitality industry professional with extensive experience in F&B management and outstanding leadership skills. 
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.  
  • Someone who realises the traditional hospitality industry is in need of a shake-up, geared to a new generation that wants to explore the world, grow personally and professionally and connect with an entrepreneurial, curious and creative network of people.
  • Understanding of coliving and coworking markets are a big plus.
  • Fluent in English is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership person, professional, and good attitude.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with General Manager / Country General Manager to ensure the successful operation of all on site F&B venues.  
  • Ensure all F&B outlets maintain the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction by providing consistent and authentic experiences.  
  • Lead opening of new F&B outlets and oversee all pre-opening duties including recruitment of F&B team. 
  • Support on creating and improving standard operating procedures.  
  • Responsible for management of and reporting of all P&L statements, reporting and budgets. 
  • Ensure clear record keeping, invoice management and daily and monthly reporting. 
  • Develop, implement and maintain health and safety protocols.  
  • Maintain strict cost control within defined parameters for each location.  
  • Making sure the F&B department stands in one with the company quality standard,  financial goals and branding.
  • Ensure the teams adhere to the opening/shift change/ closing checklist and task lists that you develop to meet your goals.  
  • Ensure all staff are following standard operating procedures.  
  • Planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
  • Dealing with contractors and suppliers.
  • Guide onboarding & training schedule for F&B employees.  
  • Develop all new F&B menus with correct costing and quality standards.  
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
  • Other tasks to manage the F&B outlets as per company requirements.
