Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for Reservations to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for managing and processing reservations and bookings, interacting with customers to provide information and assistance, ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Min. two years previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail with an ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using reservation management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Positive and professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • English is a must.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via email.
  • Assist guests in selecting the most suitable reservation options based on their preferences and availability.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of reservations and special requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with guests to address any questions or concerns.
  • Follow up with guests to confirm and reconfirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and providing necessary updates.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with guests, providing personalized recommendations and suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and upsell additional services, packages, or events.
  • In charge of handling customer emails, including managing existing booking amendments, processing booking cancellation requests, handling refund inquiries, providing information on general questions, and effectively resolving complaints.
  • Providing administrative support for private event bookings, which involves assisting with sales-related tasks, managing invoicing processes, reconciling payments, and overseeing the calendar for private event bookings.
  • Managing and reporting on initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and providing regular updates on progress and outcomes.
  • Overseeing customer review management on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google My Business, including crafting responses to three-star reviews, preparing monthly reports on review feedback, and monitoring gift voucher sales.
  • Assisting telephone operators by addressing more complex requests and existing booking inquiries, offering support to ensure customer satisfaction over the phone.
