Reservation & Operation Manager – Tour & Travel Management (Sanur)

The ideal candidate is responsible for managing and processing reservations and bookings, interacting with customers to provide information and assistance, ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, and addressing customer enquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirement :

• Open for local candidates.
• Min. 3+ years of working experience in the same position at an inbound tour operator.
• Proficient level in English. Dutch/German language skills is an added advantage.
• Good hospitality product knowledge.
• High standards of customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Flexible in working hours (i.e high season/emergency)

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing the booking process, ensuring accuracy, and managing availability for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
• Managing the issuance of tickets and ensuring that reservation details are accurately reflected on tickets.
• Facilitating seamless travel experiences by coordinating itineraries, connecting flights, and ground transportation.
• Providing responsive and effective customer support, addressing enquiries, changes, cancellations, and resolving issues related to reservations.
• Monitoring and supervising the Reservation and Operation teams to maintain efficiency and effectiveness in handling reservations and travel operations.
