Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in personalised administrative duties and fluent in French and English? One of Bali’s luxury Tour & Travel companies is looking for an Assistant to Director to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting the Director through a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s travel initiatives for their international clientele. 

Requirements :

  • Open for expat and local candidates.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in French.
  • Proficiency in English for effective coordination with colleagues and local suppliers.
  • Previous experience in an inbound travel agency.
  • Self-employed status with the ability to work remotely or hybrid.
  • Prior sales experience and familiarity with Indonesia as a travel destination.
  • Knowledgeable in handling B2B Travel agencies. 
  • Competence with organisational tools such as Trello.
  • A friendly and dynamic personality that combines professionalism with a personable approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to work independently and manage various tasks efficiently. 

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Director’s schedule, organise meetings, and document proceedings and action items to ensure effective meeting outcomes.
  • Assist on conducting inspections with local partners to acquire comprehensive product knowledge, essential for curating and maintaining the agency’s travel offerings.
  • Offer essential sales support during periods of high client demand to ensure the agency’s service standards are upheld and sales potential is maximised.
    May assist in sustaining strong connections with clients, keeping in touch addressing basic travel concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation and finalisation of travel documents for clients with confirmed bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
  • Assist in creating innovative travel tools and comprehensive guidebooks to enhance the overall experience for guests.
  • Support the procurement of new products, merchandise, and suppliers, thereby expanding the agency’s services and staying ahead in the market.
  • Utilise project management skills to contribute to various strategic internal projects, with a focus on those planned for the next year.
