Are you a highly motivated candidate with experience in digital marketing? Our client, an international hotel group with a collection of hotels in Australia, Hong Kong and Bali is looking for a Regional Digital Marketing Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate is a professional who is responsible for maintaining the brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a related position.
  • An Indonesian citizen currently residing in Bali.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in Operations and sales in the Events space is highly desirable.
  • Able to work in a team and have a strong work ethic in hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English.
  • Passionate and willing to learn with positive working attitude.
  • Competent in multi-tasking and enjoys working in a dynamic and busy environment.
  • Strategy planning, exceptional organisational, leadership and problem solving.  

Responsibilities :

  • Effectively manage the Digital, Social and eDM & Blog Curation in collaboration with the Digital & eCommerce Manager Head Office.
  • Work with the digital agency on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), PPC, Social Media Marketing.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns for local events, experiences or business needs.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the latest trends and insights.
  • Maintain the property website improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for Indonesia, including Hotel, F&B and other business needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
  • Work with the company’s digital marketing agency to disrupt, drive incremental revenue through social media channels.
