Are you a results-oriented individual with a robust quality control background seeking a new and exciting opportunity? One of Bali’s leading tourist venues is searching for a Quality Control to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting managers in ensuring that all technical details are implemented as requested, ensuring guest satisfaction consistent with the company’s mission, through planning, organising, directing, and project control.

Requirements :

  • Open to local candidates.
  • Proven track record with a minimum of three years in a similar field.
  • Experience in Hospitality Operations, Quality Control, Quality Assurance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in quality control or related disciplines are a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to develop and conduct training for team members.
  • Proficient in relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Working closely with all Department Heads to provide fast, accurate work solutions with perfect quality and efficiency in time, energy, costs and materials. 
  • Monitor all developments in the Operations and Engineering programmes.
  • Evaluate quality processes and systems in the operations. 
  • Ensure that all Company SOPs and standards are of perfect quality.   
  • Analyse and collect data on all programs carried out by Operations and Engineering. 
  • Review and suggest updates to the management regarding SOPs, facilities and overall quality. 
  • Implement quality standards for the entire property. 
  • Identify issues during inspection and create reporting structures to each department. 
  • Ensure that all materials, tools and equipment are of high quality. 
  • Ensures all teams are fulfilling company standards on a daily basis. 
  • Audit the suitability of company assets. 
  • Audit Toolkit and safety control. 
  • Organise non-conformity reports if deviations occur. 
  • Update SOPs. 
  • Make daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational and engineering inspections results to the Operational Manager, General Manager and CEO. 
  • Cooperate and maintain good relationships with fellow employees and superiors.  
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards. 
  • Collect and analyse guest feedback, reviews, and surveys to identify trends and areas of concern. Develop action plans to address issues and improve guest satisfaction.
