Are you an experienced, energetic individual with solid experience in Property Marketing? One of Bali’s leading Real Estate Groups is launching multiple off plan projects and is searching for a talented Property Marketing Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, building & guarding the company’s property/hospitality brand portfolio in line with agreed strategies and priorities by encompassing business needs and specifics that complement the company’s strategy, impacting customers and thus the successful development of the business and responsible for supervising all aspects of content development, programming and communications. 

Requirements:

  • Open for Expat and Local candidates
  • Min. four – six years experience in Marketing/Brand Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in property or hospitality marketing is a big plus 
  • Experience in digital communications & SEO marketing is a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Team leadership experience
  • Ability to think strategically on how to build property brands and position marketing and media initiatives to guarantee message pull-through to target audience via the right channels
  • Knows how to build & lead a team
  • Great presentation skills
  • Very equipped to build relations with different customers, investors or stakeholders
  • An agile, team player that knows how to get the work done
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities: 

Brand Building: 

  • Leads the creation process of the company’s property & hospitality brands portfolio via creative advice.
  • Leads on establishing brand strategies & guidelines. 
  • Supervises the creation of all product communications (e.g brochures, websites, etc). 
  • Ensures brand consistency in all customer facing materials.

Marketing:

  • Develops a marketing strategy in line with the company’s overall business objectives. 
  • Supervises creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO marketing, print ads, direct mail campaigns, and webinars.
  • Creates a content marketing strategy that includes websites, blogs or white papers to engage with customers or build brand awareness. 
  • Develops pricing strategies & plans to meet company objectives and customer needs. 
  • Evaluates new technologies to determine how they can be used to improve customer experience or increase sales. 
  • Creates a strategy to attract new customers by identifying potential markets and developing plans to reach them. 
  • Collaborates with other departments such as sales or customer service to achieve mutually beneficial goals. 
  • Develops and maintains relationships with current customers to retain business and increase sales.
  • Supports development of new products or services by researching customer needs and creating proposals for possible solutions. 

Communications: 

  • Supervises the creation of the appearance of the company’s brand & product portfolio via dedicated project websites.
  • Supervises the creation of the company’s brands social media handles.
  • Supervises the creation and curates engaging content that excites and inspires an evolving customer base. 
  • Ensures monitoring & reporting of progress & results vs set KPIs.
  • Ensure creating synergies between Sales and Marketing initiatives.

Key Results and Deliverables: 

  • Create and build premium the company’s brand portfolio with a strong digital / social media footprint. 
  • Reach the right audiences that can be turned into future customers for each individual project. 
  • Deliver on individual campaign goals and achievement of agreed objectives. 
  • Deliver comprehensive and insightful analysis to support and review customer marketing strategies with the wider team. 
  • Stay-on budget and identify cost saving opportunities.

Organisational Capabilities and Enabling Structure

  • Ensure transparent communication and share learnings with the line manager
  • Work cross-functionally, managing internal & external requests in line with the business priorities.
  • Develop and manage the budget with the support of the line & finance manager. 
  • Manage field expenses and general administration.
