Project Procurement Manager – Hospitality Group (Canggu)

Are you a reliable and organised individual looking for a brand-new opportunity? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a Project Procurement Manager to join their team immediately for a large-scale development project in Canggu. 

Responsible for finding suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating pricing, reducing costs and procuring all construction materials for projects.The candidates need to think outside the box and ensure we are paying the right price for the right quality.

Requirements :

• Open for local candidates. 
• Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
• Bachelor Degree in management, logistics, or business administration.
• Management and leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of the construction industry. 
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software.
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. 

Responsibilities :

• Sourcing and comparing companies and suppliers to supply our requirements for construction, MEP and fitout departments. 
• Best outcome in product and service vs price and speed of delivery are all part of the necessity of this role.  
• Working with the project manager, construction manager and fitout foreman to achieve best results in a timely manner.  
• Ensure that the construction team has materials and suppliers prior to being required.
• Plans, organises, directs, and controls activities related to the procurement function.
• Continuously evaluates market, delivery, and pricing to determine present and future material availability to maximise profitability.
• Sources, negotiates or supervises the negotiation of complex requests for equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers and subcontractors.
