Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in spa or restaurant business development, project management, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating business development projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Track project progress, update project timelines, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, partners, and target industries.
- Gather and analyse market data, trends, and competitor information to support business development strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform decision-making.
Proposal Preparation:
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients and partners.
- Assist in creating compelling and informative proposal content, graphics, and visuals.
- Help ensure proposals are tailored to meet the needs and expectations of prospective clients.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update the business development contact database with accurate and current information.
- Assist in managing leads, contacts, and opportunities within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
- Help manage expenses, budget tracking, and invoice processing related to business development projects.
- Assist in organising and coordinating events, conferences, and networking activities.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Help ensure alignment of goals and objectives across various project components.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
