The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring quality assurance and the production team meets scheduled goals. This entails a range of oversight of work including planning, scheduling, directing and executing production activities for maximum performance of projects.
Requirement :

- Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record in a Production Coordinator or similar position within the realm of interior design.
- Efficiently structure tasks, manage resources, and handle intricate project timelines effectively.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in productivity and project management tools.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Acute understanding of business principles and their application in the context of interior design production, including financial considerations and projections.
- Financial projection proficiency.
- Strong understanding of industry market and conditions.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate flooring, wall, and paint colour samples approval processes after storyboard approval.
- Formulate and supervise purchase orders for sanctioned materials.
- Source lighting options, obtain approvals, and submit pricing to relevant departments.
- Arrange sanitary and appliance requisitions with evaluations spanning low, moderate, and high categories, facilitating client decision-making.
- Supervise solid furniture samples, acquire client approvals, and oversee procurement processes.
- Generate and administer purchase orders for electrical elements, movable furniture, artworks, and cleaning amenities.
- Initiate compilation of sourcing lists and oversee procurement operations encompassing a range of items.
