The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient processes, and optimal resource utilisation.

Requirements:

  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Experience in implementing operational processes.
  • Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
  • Strong project management, administrative management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in computer skills using Microsoft, Excel, Word etc

Responsibilities :

  • Operating as a role model to the front of house team, demonstrating the best high level of service at all times.
  • Striving to achieve high levels of customer care and delivering a high quality product.
  • Assisting in the development and training of the front of house team to ensure a professional approach and always improving service to customers.
  • Dealing with and efficiently resolving customer complaints, reporting all issues and complaints daily.
  • Installing new systems and implementing policies and protocols that allow the business to run and operate more efficiently, ensuring higher profits.
  • Making a monthly schedule for staff and reviewing the schedule at the end of each month for salary payments.
  • HR handling, checking all staff are following company rules and regulations.
  • Ensure disciplinary action is executed responsibly, appropriately and as required in accordance with company standards.
  • Recruitment for new staff positions, job advertising and interviewing.
  • Ensure regular department meetings are planned and executed to enforce good communication within the team.
  • Stock and inventory control and checking daily deliveries from suppliers.
  • Daily check of all the buildings and equipment and organise maintenance where needed.
