Marketing Specialist – Villa Management (Canggu)

Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in Marketing? One of Bali’s leading Villa Rental Management companies is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate for this position will play a pivotal part in promoting luxury rental properties in Bali, expanding the company’s market reach, and ensuring the highest occupancy rates. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to create impactful strategies that drive growth and maximise the visibility of the company within the vacation rental industry.

Requirements :

• Local or expat candidates.
• Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the hospitality or vacation rental industry but not a must. 
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and tools like Mailchimp/or similar, Canva, Wordpress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Bali’s local rental market is a plus.

Responsibilities :

• Create comprehensive marketing plans to attract guests and property owners, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, to expand the property portfolio and guest database.
• Produce compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, videos, and promotional materials, to engage the target audience and enhance online presence. Create newsletters, WordPress updates. SEO and advertising.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of sales and marketing efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimising spending to achieve the desired results.
