Are you a highly- driven individual with solid experience in the Marketing industry? One of Bali’s leading Villa Management companies is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team immediately.  

The ideal candidate for the role is responsible for an in-house team, cooperating with digital marketing agencies, and coordinating freelancers to accomplish set goals. Understand the latest marketing trends and push the company brand by creating catchy advertising campaigns to reach and attract the relevant target audience. 

Requirements : 

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar field
  • In-depth knowledge of Bali’s real estate market and prior Bali work experience.
  • Effective time management skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • The ability to think long-term and develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • Effective project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Mastery of both spoken and written English is essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategising and executing marketing plans to enhance online presence and boost lead generation.
  • Independently devising strategies, setting performance targets, and overseeing all marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating and optimising Google AdWords campaigns, including Display Ads.
  • Implementing and advancing BTP corporate branding, encompassing CI & CD.
  • Curating targeted content across various channels, such as blog posts, website content, and video production.
  • Overseeing SEO development, conducting extensive keyword analysis, and formulating guidelines.
  • Planning, analysing, and managing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns, encompassing FB Ads, IG Ads, Reels, and Videos.
  • Serving as a liaison with Google Consultants.
  • Conducting continuous research to remain updated with the latest marketing trends.
