Are you a marketing expert searching for an exciting opportunity? One of Bali’s leading Luxury Jewellery Retailers is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for spearheading the company brand’s and comprehensive marketing efforts to enhance awareness, relevance, growth, and overall success across both online and offline platforms. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the brand’s narrative and presence in the market.

Requirement :

  • Open for local candidates only.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in the jewellery or fashion, beauty, luxury retail industry, preferably in Bali.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and brand growth in both physical and digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualise and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the senior management team to define and refine the brand’s positioning, target audience, and brand voice. 
  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s values, mission, and long-term goals.
  • Conceptualise, lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns for both physical stores and ecommerce, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Define, develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer marketing. 
  • Optimise digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on the ecommerce platform.
  • Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and store promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive foot traffic to physical stores.
  • Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and assess brand perception. Utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make data-backed decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different marketing initiatives and optimising ROI across channels.
  • Identify and negotiate potential brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach new customer segments.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to enhance the online shopping experience, improve website conversion rates, and drive online sales.
