Marketing Manager – Leadership Development (Remote)

The ideal candidate is responsible to improve the volume, quality, and predictability of marketing qualified leads and marketing-sourced pipeline to deliver continued increases in marketing sourced revenue.

Requirements : 

• Expat candidate only 
• Significant experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns over various mediums, especially funnels, digital and direct responses.
• Strong analytical and interpretational skills.
• Experience ensuring SEO and SEM management and optimization.
• Creative mindset.
• Strong understanding of major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Outstanding written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer and market insights.
• Ideally high proficiency in graphic design software.
• Ideally high proficiency in online marketing tools. 

Responsibilities :

• Planning and implementing multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms.
• Oversight of content copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
• Developing email marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring SEO and SEM management and optimization.
• Measuring, analysing and reporting on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Developing and maintaining automation infrastructure.
• Coordinating collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Management of social media, mail marketing, and influencer marketing activities.
• Managing projects within the marketing department, adhering to the marketing strategy.
• Prioritisation and expending of marketing budget.
• Measurement of marketing activities.
• Identifying new marketing channels.
• Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
