Requirements :
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master Degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (three+ years) in marketing management, with a track record of successful campaign execution and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels, both traditional and digital.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
