Are you an experienced, energetic individual with solid experience in the Marketing Industry? A brand new collaborative events space focusing on holistic art and music events is searching for a talented Marketing Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for promoting and managing the marketing and communication of the venue. This role involves developing strategies to attract artists, patrons and visitors, as well as creating a vibrant and engaging environment that reflects the unique character of the space.  

Requirements:

  • Open for local and expat candidates
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum 5 years in a managerial role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as analytics platforms and marketing automation
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Understanding of the creative industry and the ability to connect with creative professionals
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that support a deep understanding of the company’s mission, vision, and unique value proposition. 
  • Collaborate with management and the artistic community within the space to align marketing and communication efforts with the overall collective’s strategy. 
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines and its consistency across all marketing and communication channels. 
  • Identify and segment target audiences, including artists, art enthusiasts, patrons, local residents, and foreigners.
  • Understand the specific needs, preferences, and behaviours of each audience segment.
    Uphold the artistic and cultural integrity of the space.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media. advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyse on digital marketing performance, online engagement and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Create compelling content for marketing collateral, websites, social media, and other promotional materials.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels  
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging. 
  • Conduct market research and continuously analyse data to measure ROI, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed about art trends, local art scenes, and the competitive landscape.
    Implement analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns. 
  • Foster relationships with resident artists, encouraging collaboration and promoting their work 
  • Interact with visitors and patrons to enhance their experience and gather feedback
