Are you a seasoned Marketing professional with a proven track record in the F&B industry? One of Canggu’s elevated Bar, Restaurant and Lounge venues is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy development, campaign execution, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Min. 3 – 4 years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the F&B industry. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant and lounge operations.
  • Awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour in the F&B sector is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
  • Utilise analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation to continually enhance marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to assess and refine strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Quickly adapt to changes in the market, industry, and organisation to proactively adjust marketing strategies.
