Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in the hospitality industry? An exquisite Luxury 5* Hotel Bali is actively seeking a talented Marketing & Event Coordinator to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for the Hotel, including its subsidiary food & beverage and wellness facilities. The primary objectives are to drive occupancy, enhance brand visibility, and meet revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Open to local candidates.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Science/Marketing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM.
  • Ability to create content and manage social media platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and evaluation skills.
  • Experience in building awareness and executing campaigns/events.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage partnerships with travel influencers, bloggers, media, and industry partners to effectively promote the hotel.
  • Plan, promote, and execute events such as concerts, birthdays, special promotions, fundraising dinners, yoga events, and themed dinners.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance, including website traffic, booking rates, and social media engagement. Provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and travel-related organisations to expand the hotel’s marketing reach and impact.
  • Develop and manage customer engagement and loyalty programs to build and retain a strong guest base.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new marketing methods to keep the hotel’s marketing strategies fresh and effective.
  • Manage the online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with production teams and photographers in creating engaging and informative content to attract potential guests.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media, including online advertising, print, and partnerships with travel agencies.
