The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for the Hotel, including its subsidiary food & beverage and wellness facilities. The primary objectives are to drive occupancy, enhance brand visibility, and meet revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Open to local candidates.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Science/Marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM.
- Ability to create content and manage social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical and evaluation skills.
- Experience in building awareness and executing campaigns/events.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with travel influencers, bloggers, media, and industry partners to effectively promote the hotel.
- Plan, promote, and execute events such as concerts, birthdays, special promotions, fundraising dinners, yoga events, and themed dinners.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance, including website traffic, booking rates, and social media engagement. Provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and travel-related organisations to expand the hotel’s marketing reach and impact.
- Develop and manage customer engagement and loyalty programs to build and retain a strong guest base.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new marketing methods to keep the hotel’s marketing strategies fresh and effective.
- Manage the online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with production teams and photographers in creating engaging and informative content to attract potential guests.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media, including online advertising, print, and partnerships with travel agencies.
