Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the Marketing industry? A leading Foreign Teacher Recruitment Agency located in Shanghai, China is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategies and enhance their promotional efforts by conducting market research, creating marketing deliverables, and monitoring campaign performance while being able to perform a variety of tasks with minimal supervision, including creating content for social media, writing ad copy, defining target audiences, proofreading and editing marketing materials. 

Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Min.two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing industry.
  • Experience in the educational industry is a bonus. 
  • Experience with the Chinese market is a bonus. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, concepts, and strategies is essential.
  • Understanding market segmentation, target audience analysis, branding, advertising, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying marketing messages. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO).
  • The ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and draw actionable insights is important for assessing the performance of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience using primarily WeChat and Linked In platforms is a plus
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines are crucial.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn and embrace new marketing strategies and tools.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media primarily on WeChat and Linked In 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, target audience insights, and competitor activities.
  • Support the creation of compelling marketing content, social media updates, ads content, email, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and execute social media strategies, including content scheduling, community management, and engagement tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
