The ideal candidate is responsible for visualising and sketching design plans as per project goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met.
Requirement :
- Open for local candidates.
- Minimal requirement of D3 Architectural/ Interior preferably Architectural/ Interior Bachelor Degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in Architectural Firm/ Furniture Manufacturer.
- Understand standard ergonomic measurement.
- Able to work under a tight schedule and deliver all the responsibilities within deadlines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design programs.
- Artistic ability, vision and creativity.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Great project management skills.
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
- Preferred to have HDII certificate.
- Must include Portfolio with sample 3D design work.
Responsibilities :
- Breaking up drawing from given concept into architectural detail and interior spec.
- Coordinating with principal, architect, supplier if there is any issue along the design.
- Responsible for preparing and checking design drawing (material finishing plan, door windows schedule, electric plan, furniture spec).
- Preparing SPEC and Detail drawing for architectural and interior in CAD.
- Responsible with any tweaking and adjusting architectural and interior drawing along the construction phase.
- Coordinating with the production team to have the accurate BOQ.
- Monitoring approval material finishing, electrical fitting, sanitary fitting based on SPEC and Detail drawing.
- Make site visits to check and make reports of project status.
