The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and strong knowledge in human resources & development.

Requirements:

  • Local candidates only 
  • Diploma in law or management preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR department
  • 5 years’ experience in the management role in human resources department
  • Communication skills, Organizational skills & Time management skills
  • Good knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft offices, typing and keyboard skills
  • Very procedure oriented, able manage a dynamic team
  • Fluent bahasa Indonesia, basic English speaking skills,medium English writing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the general operations in the Human Resources department.
  • Managing all activities relating to sourcing and recruitment, working closely with the management team for job vacancy posting, assessment, advertising, conducting primary interviews etc.
  • Create and implement SOPs in hiring and recruiting of new employees, in accordance to the needs of the job vacancy.
  • Participate and contribute to the weekly operational meetings with Director of Operations.
  • Coordinate and assist in all matters relating to employee work permits
  • Coordinate or conduct departmental training, preparing training materials, and drafting training plants for respective department.
  • Assist with departmental heads making sure all employees are compliant with the labor laws of Indonesia.
  • Implement LIP Ubud policy and procedures on compensations, benefits,incentive, bonus, and leaves.
  • Ensure appraisals can be carried out as per the company’s policy and review all appraisals to follow up on development needs.
  • Communicate effectively all messages concerning the company policy and staff wellbeing to all employees.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee activities, team building events, including periodic staff meeting, annual meeting, staff gathering, farewell parties, community service etc.
  • Provide guidance to the management team regarding employee morale,relations, coaching, counseling and discipline.
  • Promote employee communication activities to timely provide feedback to the management team regarding policies and procedures changes.
  • Assist in the application of staff BPJS program for all employees and make sure the payroll information can be timely and accurately passed on to the
  • accounting department.
  • Head and coordinate with the company’s employee recognition program, and administer appropriate level of bonus and incentives.
  • Evaluate and generate the budget for the Human Resources department, and make sure all expenses are within the budget range.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all employees to ensure any grievances are monitored, recorded, and resolved.
  • Responsible for other administrative tasks of the department
