Are you an excellent communicator with a strong knowledge of HR functions? One of Bali’s leading Interior Design & Architecture Studios is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and values. Your role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities, including timesheet allocation to projects and overall payroll responsibilities, along with designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), training programs, recruitment, and performance review processes.

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master Degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of 3+ years as an HR Manager, preferably in a fast-paced, design-oriented industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing SOPs, training programs, and performance management systems.
  • Experience with timesheet allocation and project costing.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and associated legal requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for data management and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to understand the company’s growth plans and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Design, document, and implement standardised HR procedures across various functions, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify training needs, design relevant programs, and collaborate with teams to facilitate continuous learning and skill enhancement. Ensure that training programs align with business objectives and employee growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract top-tier professionals who align with the company’s culture and expertise requirements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system, including goal-setting, regular feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews, to drive accountability and growth.
  • Implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track and allocate employee timesheets to specific projects, ensuring accurate project costing and resource allocation.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, deductions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, fostering effective communication and resolution.
  • Stay updated on labour laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s HR practices are in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Collect and analyse HR metrics to provide actionable insights for management decisions and continuous improvement.
