Requirements:

  • Local candidates only
  • 2 Years of HR & administration experience
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both Bahasa and English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook 
  • Proficient in Google Workspace 
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Other Marketing or CRM program experience a plus

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage recruitment tasks, handle and update recruitment emails, review candidate CVs, follow up on scheduled interviews, register and follow up the candidate status 
  • Operate CRM tasks 
  • Create weekly reports on candidate applications and their source 
  • Work hand in hand with the Marketing & Accounting Teams for job advertisements, finding new channels and invoicing purposes  
  • Maintain employee database 
  • Maintain candidate database 
  • Manage end to end hiring process, including sourcing, scouting, interviewing and offering 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to craft exceptional job descriptions, interview plans and scorecards 
  • Prepare detailed candidate summary reports and obtain references 
  • Perform background checks
