One of Bali’s leading Wellness Resorts, an oasis for learning, self-discovery, wellness, and healing is looking for a Hospitality Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will ensure all guests have all the information they need while visiting and have a good and memorable hospitality experience. This role will be responsible for managing the class and event programs, wellness facilities, accommodation and the restaurant.

Requirement :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or Management.
  • Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in the hospitality and service industry, organisational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Knowledge of human resource principles and practices related to managing teams and inspiring employees to achieve performance levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and MindBody.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities :

  • To interact directly with guests to provide an exemplary and memorable service atmosphere and experience.
  • To improve performance, productivity and efficiency of departmental and related operations.
  • Optimise support staff productivity and scheduling to accomplish tasks and achieve objectives.
  • To create a safe, attractive, functional atmosphere and facility for staff and guests.
  • Coordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of your team, including holding a weekly briefing and planning regular training.
  • Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
  • Ensure current and accurate knowledge of all company products is understood and communicated by all team members.
  • Monitor the monthly schedule for accommodation, guest experience and reception team.
  • To inspire the team members and co-workers to develop strong leaders and partners who feel guided, supported and empowered.
