A boutique property construction and investment company offering beautifully crafted, high-quality villas is searching for a Head of Marketing to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building & guarding the company’s property development and property management brand in line with agreed strategies and priorities and create marketing innovation encompassing business needs and specifics that complement the company’s strategy, impacting customers and thus the successful development of the business. 

Requirements: 

  • Open for local or expat candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in marketing roles, preferably with agency experience.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Experience coordinating teams and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in video marketing, including content creation, editing, and optimisation.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tactics, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • International experience and familiarity with working with diverse clients, demonstrating adaptability to different topics and audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Coordinate and lead the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  • Oversee content production across various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Podcasts, Email, and offline marketing efforts.
  • Utilise social media marketing knowledge to optimise engagement, grow followership, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Direct the creation of compelling video marketing content to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with other departments and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
