Are you an experienced, creative individual with a solid background in Digital Marketing?  One of Bali’s leading Real Estate Agencies is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales for the agency’s diverse portfolio of properties. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to online marketing.

Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Min. 3 years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Youtube.
  • Proficiency in analysing website and campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant analytics platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with content creation teams to develop engaging and SEO-optimised content for the website, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of English both written and spoken. 

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, Youtube.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s online presence, including the management and optimisation of the company’s website and social media profiles and youtube channel.
  • Analyse website and campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to develop engaging and SEO-optimised content for the website, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Manage and grow the digital marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure consistent and high-quality work.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) across all areas of the digital marketing team and regularly report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and property management teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
