One of our clients, a dynamic property management company in Bali, is searching for a highly experienced Head Concierge to join the team immediately with significant pre-opening experience. 

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of Bali and demonstrates proficiency in managing additional sales and guest activities for the company.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum of three years experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in the concierge department.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to guest needs.
  • Detail, results oriented and organised.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales techniques and negotiating skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be flexible to respond to urgent messages/WA after hours.
  • Previous experience in a Travel Agency would be a plus. 
  • Ability to identify problems and find solutions quickly.
  • Good organisational skills to manage a lot of information and requests from guests.

Responsibilities :

  • In-depth understanding of Bali and demonstrates proficiency in managing additional sales and guest activities for the company across a spectrum of routine excursions (rafting, Mount Agung, temple visits), to other services (drivers, flowers in pools, cooking classes, restaurant reservations), also arranging other unique experiences (helicopter rides, luxury events), including unconventional activities tailored for our guests.
  • Very strong organisational skills, creativity, and effective negotiating techniques given the pivotal nature of vendor relationships.
  • Maintaining impeccable communication with guests and increasing revenue for the business is the number one priority.
  • Ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure the concierge area remains clean and tidy.
  • Coordinate various services such as guest pick-ups at the airport, transfers, restaurant reservations, and other concierge services.
