Requirements:
- Open to local candidates only.
- Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Min. three years of experience in the well-known hospitality industry, particularly in bar or restaurant management roles.
- Strong leadership and management.
- Proven track record as a General Manager or in a similar capacity.
- Problem-solving, organised, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in personnel management and achieving financial targets.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage and food service.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Expertise in inventory management and cost control.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Ability to effectively oversee staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner and handle customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Oversee operations in a way that maximises efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery, in line with company standards and procedures.
- Continually monitor all daily sales and costs for outlet.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the bar’s offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events.
