Requirements:

• Open to local candidates only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Min. three years of experience in the well-known hospitality industry, particularly in bar or restaurant management roles.
• Strong leadership and management.
• Proven track record as a General Manager or in a similar capacity.
• Problem-solving, organised, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in personnel management and achieving financial targets.
• In-depth knowledge of beverage and food service.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Expertise in inventory management and cost control.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Ability to effectively oversee staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a productive and positive work environment.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner and handle customer complaints or issues effectively.
• Oversee operations in a way that maximises efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery, in line with company standards and procedures.
• Continually monitor all daily sales and costs for outlet.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the bar’s offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events.
