General Manager – Healthy Beverages (Kerobokan)

A Bali-based health beverage company is searching for a General Manager to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate is highly proactive in meeting sales targets and has outstanding leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Local candidates only
• Minimum of 5+ years experience as a general manager or similar executive role
• Sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of business operations and functions (finance, HR, procurement, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge in MS Excel and Word
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities:

• Report to the owner
• Manage day-to-day operations including sales, marketing, branding and human resources 
• Partner with the owner and provide clear guidance on business matters and agree on strategies and priorities
• Meet or exceed Sales Plan Target 
• Maintain customer relations and recruit new customers 
• Create specific and executable marketing & branding plans 
• Set up monthly business review meetings 
• Recruit and train people 
• Work on new product development
