Are you a motivated individual with solid managerial experience searching for a fresh career opportunity? One of Bali’s leading 5* Boutique Hotel’s is looking for a General Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible to manage all aspects of Hotel Operations and Development and is responsible for the overall performance of the hotel and must actively assist the owners and owner representatives in the development of the brand and products and ensure that the vision of the brand is maintained at all times within the local community.

Requirement :

  • Open for expat candidates.
  • Minimum three years previous and proven operational experience in a General Manager / Resort Manager role preferably in Bali and 3-5 years in F&B Operations. 
  • Passion, drive & personality to lead a small luxury boutique hotel.
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, POS and PMS is an added advantage.
  • Ability to lead by example and be a strong team player.
  • Proactive, customer orientated and creative.
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations and the ability to work independently. 
  • Excellent level of English both spoken and written.
  • A good level of Bahasa is advantageous.

Responsibilities :

  • You must be the presence and leader of the property.
  • Ensure excellent maintenance of the buildings, infrastructure and the overall appearance of the property.
  • As a leader, you engage in strategic planning, conservation, conservation research and community relations. 
  • Full management of the guest experience.
  • Managing the staff experience.
  • Display a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial flair.
  • Thorough understanding of revenue management.
  • Full understanding of the key markets that drive business forward including distribution channels.
  • Play a crucial role in the hotel’s signature experiences (guest activity and F&B driven experiences).
  • Oversee recruitment and training programmes.
  • Implement SOP requirements across your department(s).
