Are you a highly reliable individual with managerial experience searching for a fresh career opportunity? A distinguished boutique hospitality brand enterprise nestled in the captivating paradise of Bali is looking for a General Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible to manage all aspects of Resort Operations and Development and is responsible for the overall performance of the hotel and must actively assist development of the brand and products and ensure that the vision of the brand is maintained.

Requirements:

  • Open for Local and Expat candidates.
  • Previous experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or hotel and resort setting.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, sales, IT  and marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide and collaborate updates to the owner regarding the hotel’s performance, operational and establish long-term goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures and guidelines for various hotel operations and maintenance.
  • Train the staff on these procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Regularly review and update the operating procedures to incorporate industry best practices and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the hotel’s current performance, market position, and customer feedback.
  • Based on the analysis, develop short-term and long-term strategies to enhance revenue generation, improve guest satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align their goals and objectives with the overall hotel strategy.
  • Collaborate with the financial team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Regularly analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and improved profitability.
  • Implement strategies to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers, increase occupancy rates, and maximize revenue.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies through market research and analysis.
