Requirements:
- Open to local candidates.
- Possession of a two year Degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major from an accredited university.
- Minimum eight years of hands-on experience in leadership roles within the hospitality industry, showcasing successful management and strategic leadership.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive communication and collaboration within the team and with guests.
- High attention to detail, ensuring precision in implementing strategies and maintaining the highest standards in operations.
- Possession of good business awareness, entrepreneurship, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to monitor and organise financial aspects, including daily costs on a monthly basis, aligning with the overall goals of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises and manages employees, understanding employee positions well enough to perform duties in their absence.
