Are you currently working in the hospitality business but searching for a brand new opportunity? An international hotel group with a collection of hotels in Australia, Hong Kong, and Bali is currently searching for an F&B Manager to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a positive working attitude.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5  years all round managerial level experience in F&B and Hotel 
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality preferred
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience with in-depth F&B knowledge
  • Proficient in POS Operation and Setup
  • Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English
  • Passionate and willing to learn with a positive working attitude
  • Competent in multi-tasking and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment

Responsibilities:

  • Run day-to-day operations, ensuring shifts are appropriately staffed and effectively managed
  • Oversee restaurant, bar, room service, banqueting, and events operations in a way that maximizes efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery, in line with company standards and procedures
  • Successfully manage the operational running of events and bar functions, including the planning, set up, execution, and follow-up to each event.
  • Design and deliver effectual on and off-job training initiatives on a regular basis in line with identified training needs, so that the team is familiar with all products and services, including full knowledge of menus and beverages lists, service standards, and procedures
  • Oversee department recruitment, including interviewing, contracting, HR administration, and induction process, implementing comprehensive and systematic training for new starters, and providing clear guidance and support to conduct their roles to the required level of performance
  • Devise comprehensive and user-friendly standards and procedures for all food and beverage operations and communicate effectively across the team
  • Coordinate regular team meetings, briefings, and shift handovers at each changeover and ensure communication between management and team members is sufficient
  • Ensure effective and consistent operational briefings are conducted before each service, explaining covers, sections, specials, VIP guests, events, and operational requirements
