Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in fruit processing and production? One of Bali’s leading Agriculture and Export Fruit Companies is searching for a Factory Supervisor to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our fruit processing facility, ensuring the efficient operation of the factory while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. You will play a key role in managing production, quality control, and the overall performance of the factory to meet the demands of our global clientele.
Requirements:
- Open for local candidates.
- Min. three years experience in a similar field.
- Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor in a food processing or related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production and quality control practices.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
- Proficiency in resource allocation and budget management.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently plan and oversee production, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products, and optimise productivity.
- Develop and enforce quality control processes, meet international standards, and improve product quality.
- Ensure a safe working environment, conduct safety audits, and promote a safety culture among staff.
- Lead the factory team, set performance goals, and provide coaching and evaluations.
- Manage resource allocation for production efficiency.
- Promote sustainable practices and reduce waste and energy consumption.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Prepare reports on production, quality, and safety, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Oversee the fruit packing process and ensure the highest standard is adhered to.
- Regular visits to the farm in Ularan will be required to oversee the harvest, load fruits in to boxes and drive them back to the Denpasar factory via lorry.
