Logistics Supervisor (Canggu)

The ideal candidate is able to supervise the logistics team and ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Local candidates only
• English speaking/written is a must
• 28 years old and over
• Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in BA, logistics, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in logistics management required
• Good understanding of export processes and related documents
• Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software / ERP
• Good management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Honest, trustworthy, proactive

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all supply chain operations in Bali and in Java.
• Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, forwarders, and clients.
• Own and report to management on KPIs.
