Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in management, logistics and operations? One of Bali’s leading Agriculture and Export Fruit Companies is searching for an Assistant Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be the linchpin of the company’s supply chain and operations, ensuring seamless coordination and optimisation of processes. Your responsibilities will encompass supply chain management, workforce planning, transportation logistics, budget oversight, and co-responsibility for sales force support. 

Requirements:

  • Open for Expat candidates. 
  • Min. three years experience in a similar field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain and operations management.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of budget management and financial analysis.
  • Effective workforce management and planning abilities.
  • Familiarity with transportation logistics and documentation.
  • If applicable, experience in marketing, community management, and branding is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a very good level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and oversee the supply chain, ensuring the efficient matching of quantities to meet short and long-term customer needs.
  • Manage workforce availability, adjusting staff numbers in response to fluctuating customer demands, while optimising workforce efficiency.
  • Take charge of product transportation to customers, including the handling of phytosanitary, legal, and commercial documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain budget management, monitor commercial margins, and uphold accurate accounting records, ensuring financial stability.
  • Collaborate in the development and retention of the sales force, assisting in achieving sales goals and customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies to promote products effectively.
  • Engage with the community and stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
  • Support customer and consumer branding efforts to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
