Are you a motivated and experienced individual with a passion for creating exceptional community and coworking experiences? We are searching for a talented Experience & Community Coordinator to join the team immediately.  

The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will revolve around crafting and coordinating innovative events and activities to enhance the guest and member experience. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in managing our social media strategy, fostering an active online community. Your contributions will be essential in creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for our members and guests, encouraging engagement, and ensuring a strong sense of belonging within our community.

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • At least 3 years proven work experience in a community role or similar 
  • Degree in marketing, communications, and other relevant fields (preferable).
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Having a background in the hospitality, tourism, and/or travel industry is a plus.
  • Experienced in planning and leading the events (workshop/skillshare/panel discussion). 
  • Preferred hands-on experiences with Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Delivering a unique member experience to the community.
  • Respond to members in a timely manner.
  • Develop the member experience,  understand our member’s needs and interests to be able to coordinate events and create content and experiences of value to our community. 
  • Assisting members and tech team for troubleshooting and making sure the problem is resolved.
  • Create and coordinate events from workshops to art classes and lunches to  panel discussions and parties.
  • Foster an inclusive community by creating a welcoming environment for all  gender, race, language, etc. 
  • Manage experiences in the space and coordinate logistics behind events from catering, moving tables, printing of flyers etc. 
  • Work together with the Experience & Community Manager, Operations and Marketing team to make sure our events and content are attractive to potential members. 
  • Create & manage budgets, and ensure events are profitable.
  • Work alongside our Experience and Marketing team to follow all brand and event guidelines company-wide.
