Are you a highly- driven individual with a solid experience in sales and business development? One of Bali’s leading Environmental and Social Sustainability Development companies is searching for a Sales Director  to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring that all employee-related matters are managed as a successful inter-related unit, ensuring maximum results consistent with the company mission and department requirements, through organising, coordinating and cooperating with others in operation and administration.

Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • 8+ years experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or Sales and Marketing Director. 
  • Proficiency in communicating and influencing at all organisational levels, including executives and C-level.
  • Proven ability to lead the entire sales process, from strategic planning to deal closure.
  • Capability to articulate product and service differentiators and position them against competitors.
  • Experience as Head of Sales, developing client-focused, distinctive solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active role in generating innovative business growth ideas.
  • Proficient use of sales automation tools.
  • Strong English language skills for global communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities :

  • Take charge of the complete sales cycle, from identifying potential leads to nurturing these prospects and ultimately closing deals. This includes understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Make efficient use of sales automation technology to streamline lead generation, qualification, and management. This involves maintaining an organised and up-to-date database of leads and opportunities.
  • Work diligently to meet and surpass predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. Communicate these targets effectively within the team to align efforts and track progress.
  • Prepare and present high-quality sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and contract documents as necessary. Ensure these documents are tailored to the specific needs and expectations of clients.
  • Engage with secured clients to ensure a mutually beneficial and successful long-term relationship. Explore additional partnership opportunities where applicable to expand the business’s reach and impact.
  • Regularly analyse and monitor both qualitative and quantitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance. 
  • Utilise a CRM system such as Hubspot to maintain detailed records and gain insights for continuous improvement.
  • Actively bring forward innovative ideas and opportunities for business growth. This includes identifying emerging trends, potential markets, and ways to enhance the organisation’s offerings.
  • Manage and support the sales team members, providing guidance, training, and supervision as needed. Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales team environment.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that prospects are appropriately nurtured through the sales process. Monitor and track the progression of deals, addressing any issues or bottlenecks to ensure a smooth flow of opportunities.
