Are you a highly reliable individual with managerial experience looking for a brand new opportunity? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for an Expat Floor Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the functioning and affairs on the sales premises or within a particular division, while also guaranteeing the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, upholding exceptional customer service, and optimizing sales prospects.

Requirements :

  • Open for expat candidates. 
  • Min. five years of experience in the well-known hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and the capacity to make decisions and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Able to analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales and optimise the product. 
  • Able to resolve customer issues, handle conflicts, and make operational decisions that align with the company’s objectives.
  • The ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a dynamic environment is vital.
  • Familiar with safety protocols and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

  • The floor manager supervises staff, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and enforces company policies and procedures.
  • Managing schedules, the floor manager creates work schedules, handles time-off requests, and adjusts as necessary.
  • Understanding customer needs, managing sales processes, and handling various operational aspects.
  • Ensuring productivity and efficiency, the floor manager monitors workflow, identifies bottlenecks, and implements improvement strategies.
  • Involved in training and development, the floor manager provides coaching, conducts performance evaluations, and offers feedback.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service, the floor manager handles inquiries and complaints and ensures a positive customer experience.
  • Responsible for inventory management, the floor manager tracks stock, places orders, conducts audits, and coordinates with other departments.
  • The floor manager maintains a safe and healthy work environment, enforcing safety protocols, identifying hazards, and reporting incidents.
  • Acting as a communication link, the floor manager relays goals, policies, and feedback between upper management and employees, and generates productivity and performance reports.
