Are you a highly reliable individual looking for a brand new opportunity? One of Bali’s prominent property and lifestyle investment groups focused on sustainable development is searching for an Expat Client Relations Director to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will oversee the client experience journey from start to finish. The role is hugely varied from sales and contract execution to guiding clients through their villa design and construction. This role will report directly to the Co-Founder / Managing Director.

Requirements: 

  • Open for expat candidates.
  • Experience in client relations/ sales in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent with min. 4 years’ experience in real estate / design sectors. 
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Very equipped to build relations with different customers, investors or stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Experience and understanding of clients within the luxury property space. 
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Experience in explaining and guiding clients through contracts.
  • Competency in project management software and CRM experience.
  • Attention to detail and consistency.
  • Charismatic, confident personality who can gain trust easily and build solid, long lasting relationships with international clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in either Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Bali/Indonesia property market a plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the client experience and journey from buying land to completing their dream villa.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients. 
  • Work hand in hand with the Sales, Legal, Design and Construction teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Create and apply processes to ensure consistent client experience. 
  • Oversee the drafting and execution of client design, construction and management contracts. Ensure clients have a thorough understanding of contract details and the involved processes.
  • Oversee administration of invoices related to client contracts, collaborating with the accounting team.
  • Promote / sell the brand at all times.
  • Sale of project management services and turn-key villas.
  • Bali based role but requirement to periodically travel to meet clients in Lombok as well as regional trade shows and sales events.
