Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the hospitality industry? 

One of Bali’s leading Beach Club & Boutique Resorts is looking for an Events Operations Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for the logistics and the deployment of all events, and for ensuring events production is on brief, on budget and on time. The Events Operations Manager is also responsible for curating an exciting Fnb Events Programming and works closely with the Marketing team to promote an engaging and dynamic calendar of events.

Requirements : 

  • Open for Local candidates.
  • Min. eight years previous relevant experience required with proven food and beverage acumen.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Experience with promoters, DJs and events equipment is a huge bonus.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional lifestyle experiences.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Extremely disciplined and focused to achieve agreed targets within given deadlines.
  • A troubleshooter; must be able to critically analyze and tackle problems and present viable solutions.
  • Have entrepreneurial spirit; must be able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for revenue-generating programming across the venue.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to lead and drive Events Revenue.
  • Liaising with Marketing to align communications, broader events programming, and timelines with Operations.
  • Working with Marketing to design the Social Media plan for specific events.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the events in collaboration with relevant departments: event logistics, creating event orders, briefing FOH and BOH, Operational team brief, supporting tracking RSVPs, answering guests’ queries, etc. 
  • Supporting the FOH Operational teams on daily operations.
  • In charge of the management of VIP groups and guests’ relations management.
  • Creating Events Briefs and deploying the events logistic and production.
  • Being the client contact on-the-ground, welcoming clients, supporting site visits.
  • Liaising with the Operational Management Team to set up the venue for events.
  • Maintaining Events Tracker to analyze bookings sources, revenue generation and production costs.
  • Being able to submit Measurement and Evaluation (M&E) for any project assigned.
  • Forming deep personal relationships with a cross-departmental team to deliver on-brand events experiences.
