Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing, implementing, and managing the company’s ESG initiatives. This role involves developing and executing strategies that align with the organisation’s sustainability goals, compliance with ESG standards, and enhancing the company’s reputation in terms of responsible business practices.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. two years previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, sustainability, business management).
  • Master Degree or relevant certification (e.g., CSR, ESG) preferred.
  • Proven experience in ESG management, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Project management skills to coordinate and implement ESG initiatives.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends in ESG.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an ESG strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and values.
  • Identify ESG priorities, goals, and targets that address environmental, social, and governance aspects.
  • Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular ESG reports for management, investors, regulators, and other relevant parties.
  • Develop and update ESG policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement ESG policies across the organization and ensure proper communication and training.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, legal, and HR, to integrate ESG considerations into business 
  • enhancing outcomes through thoughtful strategies and well-informed decision-making processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams for ESG-related initiatives and projects.
