Distribution Manager – Property Management (Kerobokan)

One of our clients, a dynamic property management company in Bali, is searching for a highly experienced Distribution Manager to join the team immediately with significant pre-opening experience. This is a Head of Department role, reporting directly to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will be working closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams and be responsible for maximising revenue contribution, whilst managing all booking channels, day-to-day reservations, and property inventories.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of three years experience as a Distribution Manager or relevant position. Previous experience in Villa Management is a plus. 
  • Extensive OTA & DMC knowledge.
  • Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate reservation performance and optimise distribution strategies.
  • Ability to analyse reservation data, market trends, and distribution performance to identify opportunities and improvements.
  • Good time management skills to coordinate reservation and distribution processes efficiently.
  • Must be flexible to respond to urgent messages/WA after hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Detail oriented and organised.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the Distribution team (E-Commerce, Reservations and Concierge).
  • Recruiting, training, developing and supporting the Distribution team.
  • Creating and implementing Distribution policies and procedures (DOP).
  • Setting budgets for property revenue, alongside Accounting manager.
  • Implementing strategic and tactical initiatives within the department.
  • Handling day-to-day operations of channel management and integration.
  • Creating property listing and fully on-boarding new properties.
  • Managing booking channels and maximising revenue contribution.
  • Controlling online and offline travel agents, and expanding direct bookings.
  • Determining pricing strategies, yielding and market segmentation.
  • Building promotional rate offers in systems to optimise inventories and occupancy.
  • Help the teams to handle any guest or clients complaints that may arise.
  • Working efficiently alongside sales, marketing, accounting and operations teams.
