Are you a highly- driven and well connected individual with a solid experience in Sales, PR and Business Development? One of our clients, a unique and luxury boutique hotel, is searching for a smart, charismatic Director of Sales to join the team immediately.


The ideal candidate must be able to build good relationships with high level customers and create key brand partnerships, identifying aligned sales opportunities, enhancing the brand, driving awareness and business at all times.


Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Minimum two years of experience in sales or PR for luxury brands or a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a 5-star hotel environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English to communicate effectively with an array of high networth clients and networks / luxury travel agencies and partners, retreat organisers, lifestyle, wellness and CSR groups.
  • A target and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, Email, and Zoom to streamline your sales process.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Additional languages are a plus.


Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute effective Sales and PR strategies to enhance the brand and market positioning, drive awareness and achieve revenue targets via key business partnership opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with key media and influencers, including organising collaboration events, retreats, workshops and seminars at the property.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to secure bookings and partnerships.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the boutique hotel’s unique features, amenities, and offerings to sell its value to clients / partners effectively, working hand in hand with the marketing team, management and influential owners for the latest updates.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build connections and promote the brand.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients/partners, emphasising the hotel’s unique positioning and standing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
