Are you a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in the Technology Industry? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a Digital & Technology Coordinator to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of various front-end customer-facing technologies. This includes managing booking engines, optimising conversion landing pages, maintaining the customer login portal, and overseeing the ticket reselling system, among other responsibilities.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Min. three years of previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, including proficiency in various industry-relevant software and tools.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technology issues and critical thinking skills for complex challenges.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership skills for guiding technology teams and vendors.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest digital and technology trends and adapt to changing technology environments.
- Strong documentation skills for creating and maintaining technology-related documentation.
Responsibilities :
- Working with Company digital agency Mitra IT.
- Maintaining & upgrading front-end customer facing technologies including booking engines, Monday.com integrations, conversion landing pages, customer login portal, ticket reselling system.
- Maintaining & upgrading backend admin functionalities of all services including Company’s Booking System, Analytics, Terms & Conditions builder, Company’s App etc.
- Working with IT teams for company-wide technology integrations such as
JumpCloud. - Extensive UAT testing across all devices of new deployments including booking engine, websites, admin portals, membership testing & more.
- Ensuring the successful deployment of any new server, website, app upgraded software version.
- Administrative functions for the technology department including PRs, compiling documents & presentations.
- Using data to formulate pragmatic decision-making to improve all services.
- Researching emerging technologies & how they may be integrated into the Company’s technology infrastructure.
- Use of Google Analytics and Hotjar to review performance of all digital performance.
- Assistance implementing and reviewing Company’s Cyber Security.
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue generated online.
- Assistance implementing major web projects such as virtual video tours and new websites.
- Assistance to marketing & events teams upon request.
- Assistance managing automation technologies such as e-receipts, customer
nurturing sequences, account profiles etc.
