The ideal candidate is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong brand identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints, ensuring consistent visual branding and messaging for the target audience.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or a similar role in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful creative campaigns, including print and digital materials.
- In-depth knowledge of branding, design principles, and photography/videography.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey creative ideas to stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the overall creative vision and direction for the company’s marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful marketing strategies that align with the brand identity and objectives.
- Lead the content team and sets high standards for the creative execution.
- Assist Senior Marketing Manager to ensure the successful execution of marketing materials, both print and digital.
- Oversee the creation of visually stunning designs, including advertisements, brochures, signage, social media content, and website visuals.
- Manage and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral and touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new creative opportunities and innovative marketing techniques.
- Work closely with the events team to develop creative concepts for special events, themed parties, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and drive continuous improvement in the creative process.
