Are you a creative individual with extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a Content Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that effectively engage our target audience, drive brand awareness, and support business objectives. You will play a key role in planning, creating, and distributing compelling content across various channels to attract and retain customers.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Min. three years of previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a content marketing manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think strategically while also being hands-on.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret content performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with the latest content marketing trends, technologies, and industry developments.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content planning.
  • Define content themes, topics, and formats that resonate with the target audience and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure content supports broader marketing initiatives.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, newsletters, print marketing and more.
  • Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
  • Edit, proofread, and optimize content for SEO, readability, and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement a content distribution plan to reach target audiences across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, websites, and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor content performance, analyse metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize content for search engines and maximise organic visibility.
  • Plan and execute content-driven marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with design and creative teams to develop visually appealing and engaging content assets.
  • Lead and manage a team of content creators.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to ensure high-quality and timely content production.
