Are you a highly- driven creative individual with solid experience in the Digital Marketing industry? One of Bali’s leading Villa Management companies is looking for a Content Creator & Videographer to join their team immediately.  

The ideal candidate for the role is responsible for developing and executing content strategy to engage and inform the audience. You will collaborate with various departments to produce predominantly high-quality video content that showcases their properties, expertise, and industry insights.

Requirements : 

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Proven experience with min. 3 years as a Digital Video Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Portfolio with example work essential for job interview. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English, with an understanding of SEO principles.
  • Proficiency in photography and video editing software/tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and an understanding of how to create content that appeals to their target audience.

Responsibilities :

  • Capture high-quality videos of properties and create engaging content for Instagram and YouTube. 
  • Edit and enhance visuals to ensure they align with the company’s branding and style.Create engaging and informative written content (in English) for the website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Develop content such as articles, property descriptions, newsletters, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and maintain a content calendar.
  • Research and analyse real estate market trends and news to create timely and relevant content.
  • Manage and curate content on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster relationships with followers.
  • Optimise written content for search engines to improve online visibility.
  • Extensive keyword research. 
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and implement them in content creation.
